Wow, 31 disc golfers played the Memorial Day mini. I saw lots of new faces who played the course for the first time. Yes it was hot, and the course was long, but the barbecue was great (Thanks Chuck).
As the work crew took the Memorial Day weekend off, not much work occurred on the course this week. More dirt was placed on the trail from 7 to 8, and some stumps were cleared on 8.
The 31 players have energized the work crew to continue our efforts to complete the course. We'll be back to work next weekend (4th/5th) and hope each of you have some time to come out and help. We'll have our usual Sunday mini on the 5th at 2pm.
Every hole is a par 3, but that may change. Here is a breakdown per hole of the Memorial Day mini (each player played each hole twice, except for one who had to leave early)
