This weekend we worked on several holes: On hole 2: Cleared the tee pad so that other people in your group can watch your tee shot. On hole 3: Cleared the underbrush on the basket approach, so once you get in the woods the putts are easier. On hole 7: Leveled the tee pad. 

We cleared the underbrush to the left of the fairway so the fairway is wider from about 50 feet from the tee pad to 150 from the tee pad. On hole 8: Cleared stumps and underbrush.  Hole 8 is ready for a basket!  On hole 15: Widened the fairway for about 50 feet where one makes the left turn towards the basket. 

We also cleared stumps and sticks from the fairway. Next week/weekend:  Continue work on hole 15, then put the finishing touches to hole 9. It was great to see a few groups of disc golfers out this weekend who only came to play, not to work.  Each group donated a few dollars towards the course, and we certainly do appreciate that!
